......We are working hard on flood protection system, of course focus on dike,
How big how high to protect flood in next rainy  seasonss.
What we had done are ;

A)    Award contract for topographical survey.
B)    Award Contract Ground boring test.
C)    Conceptual design of dikes.
D)    Closely workout with expert, especially from JICA, last Friday Dec. 16, DR. Hiroshi  Miki and big team from JICA visited Hi-Tech, glad to inform that Conceptual design of dikes are approved verbally.
E)   Working on Loans amount of 350 – 400 Million Baht, not much progress on Government Soft  Loan   (same as all Industrial Estate / Parks) ,   but loan shall not be a problem to  delay construction and completion of dikes.
Our tentative schedule ;

Mid  Jan    2012   Completion of survey & soil test.
End  Jan    2012    Completion of detail design.
Mid  Feb    2012   Construction contract award.
End  Sept  2012    Completion of dikes.

.....We are working against time, anyhow design shall be approved by
Authoritiesand JICA.  Completion of dike by end of September 2012.

..... We hope to be able to finish in time, as we had done for Dewatering
and Rehab.

.....Tentative schedule for our next meeting will be around Jan 10 – 13, 2012.
